Chelsea began her career at 20 years old with a passion for transformation, creativity, and helping women feel confident from the inside out. After years behind the chair and building her brand across San Diego, she launched MILLA and later expanded into her own salon storefront and luxury extension line, Milla Extensions.

Today, Chelsea specializes in luxury blonding and hair extensions while also mentoring others through mindset, wellness, and business coaching. Known for her artistic eye, entrepreneurial spirit, and transformational approach, she has built a brand rooted in confidence, growth, and elevated beauty.
