YES, WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE CONSULTATIONS FOR COLOR SERVICES AND CONSULTATIONS ARE REQUIRED FOR EXTENSIONS SINCE THEY ARE FULLY CUSTOMIZED TO THE CLIENT AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
