CANCEL / RESCHEDULE

A minimum of 48 hour notice is required to reschedule an appointment. If the appointment is rescheduled within the 48 hours, a $150 service fee will be applied and charged to the card on file. Your deposit will also be forfeited. This includes same day bookings. If your appointment is canceled within 48 hours, you will owe 50% of your service charged to the card on file.

LATE

A 15 minute grace period is given after the time of the appointment. If you’re running late, please let us know in advance. After 15 minutes, if we have not heard from you, the appointment will be cancelled and considered a no-show. As a result, 50% of the service will be charged to the card on file.

CARD ON FILE

Adding a card on file is required for all appointments. Appointments are not booked without adding a card on file.
