To maintain an elevated, personalized experience for every guest, appointments requested outside of regular business hours or with limited notice are subject to an additional accommodation fee.

A $100 premium appointment fee applies to:

• Evening Appointments: Appointments scheduled at or after 5:00 PM.

• Holiday Appointments: Appointments scheduled on holidays.

• Same-Day Appointments: Appointments requested and accommodated on the same calendar day.

This fee is in addition to the scheduled service total and reflects the exclusive time reserved to accommodate special scheduling requests.

All specialty appointments are subject to availability and must be approved prior to confirmation.

Adding a card on file is required for all appointments. Appointments are not booked without adding a card on file.

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for all appointment changes or cancellations.

More than 48 hours’ notice:
Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred one time to a future appointment. The new appointment must be scheduled within 60 days of the original appointment date.

Less than 48 hours’ notice:
Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% service fee charged to the card on file, and your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

Same-day cancellations & no-shows:
Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and the deposit will be forfeited.

All deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward the balance of your scheduled service.

A 15 minute grace period is given after the time of the appointment. If you’re running late, please let us know in advance. After 15 minutes, if we have not heard from you, the appointment will be cancelled and considered a no-show. As a result, 50% of the service will be charged to the card on file.
