14 years ago, I started my career behind the chair with a love for beautiful hair and absolutely no idea how much this industry would change my life.

In 2018, I took a leap of faith and became an independent suite owner. What started as a dream of working for myself eventually blossomed into opening my own salon, building a team, and creating a career that gave me the freedom to live life on my own terms.

But somewhere along the way, I realized my passion went far beyond creating beautiful hair.

Other hairstylists started coming to me for advice. How to build their clientele, raise their prices, open their own suites and salons, create boundaries, and stop feeling like they had to work themselves into the ground to be successful.

And the more I shared, the more I realized something.

So many talented women weren't lacking ambition or potential. They were lacking the mindset, habits, confidence, and guidance to actually create the lives they dreamed about.

I knew that feeling all too well.

My own journey through entrepreneurship, sobriety, self-sabotage, and personal growth taught me that building a successful business means very little if you're constantly abandoning yourself in the process.

And that's where my mentorship programs were born.

What started as sharing everything I've learned behind the chair has blossomed into something so much bigger: helping women build beautiful careers, stronger minds, healthier habits, and lives they're genuinely obsessed with.

Today, I'm a salon studio owner, extension and color specialist, and mentor passionate about helping others recognize what's possible when they finally start choosing themselves.

Because the goal was never just to become a successful hairstylist.

It was to become a woman I was proud of, in every area of my life.

And now I get to help other women do the same.
