A true “started from the bottom” story, Chelsea began her career at just 20 years old with an unshakable passion for transformation and an unmatched dedication to customer service. After working with leading salons across four different cities, she combined grit, artistry, and vision to build MILLA entirely on her own.
In April 2022, Chelsea expanded her empire with the launch of Milla Extensions, her first luxury hair extension brand. By June 2023, she took her passion for growth and empowerment even further with the creation of Win With Chels, her official online coaching business.
What sets Chelsea apart is her dual devotion: elevating the craft of hairstylists through tailored 1:1 coaching programs, and guiding women and men alike in group coaching to strengthen mindset, confidence, and personal success.
