Chelsea’s Story

A true “started from the bottom” situation, Chelsea created her business at the fresh age of 20 with a strong passion for transformations and customer service in mind. After working with several salons in 4 different cities, she hustled her way with passion and grit to grow MTS all on her own.

In April 2022 she launched her first hair extension brand Milla Extensions and in June 2023 launched her official online coaching business Win With Chels.

Chelsea has reflected on how much passion she has for helping her fellow hair stylists and aways shared a passion for the online space. Her artistic mind has ventured into web designing to help hairstylists evolve their online presence on a bigger scale with her 1:1 coaching program.
