Cancellations

  • Cancellation/reschedule fees within 48 hrs — $150

  • All appointments require a non-refundable $150 deposit at the time of booking.

  • Clients past 15 minutes late will be charged a $50 late fee and clients without notice are considered a “no-show”. All no-shows will be charged the full amount of service.

  • If you NO SHOW within less than a 48-hour notice, you will be charged the 50% of service booked. The existing deposit will not be applied to your next appointment.

Dissatisfaction

We are sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with your service at milla the salon, we ask that you speak with the salon manager and discuss further arrangements.

Kiddos

We love your kiddos, but here at milla the salon we can’t ensure safety with hot tools and very sharp objects. We kindly ask that you do not bring them to the salon with you. We thank you so much for understanding.

Exchange/Return Policy

Milla the salon does not except returns, we can only exchange within 7 days of purchase. Products cannot be opened, used or damaged and there is a 10% restocking fee.
